Welcome to the Jack Richard Urban Foundation
Meet the reason we're all here.
Our names are Jack, Molly and Joe Urban. The best day of our lives was June 13, 2021, when our son Jack entered the world. The worst day of our lives was September 5, 2021 when Jack was diagnosed with NKH.

No parents want to hear their child is critically ill, especially so early on in Jack's young life. Our family is dedicated to giving Jack all of the support he needs to live a healthy and happy life.
​
Despite facing many challenges, Jack is still the sweetest, happiest boy you could imagine. He loves being outside, spending time with his family and all types of music. Jack can't wait for the snow to melt and to spend more time at the pool where he can enjoy his favorite treat - Keto Milkshakes!

While this time in our life has been incredibly difficult as we adapt to our new normal and continue learning about NKH and how it impacts Jack, we are fortunate to have the support of our friends and family.
